Our Fall Outdoor Display

On Friday afternoon, David and I made a trip to the Didier Farms Pumpkin Patch and it was a beautiful day to be outside and it looks like all of the schools in the area thought the same thing because there were a ton of buses. We didn't let this deter us from having some fun and we were able to get lots of pumpkins, mums, and even a bale of hay (what a mess that was in my car). We just love fall and enjoy doing lots of the fall activities even though yes we don't have kids. We really are kids at heart and we figure why not go out and enjoy all that fall has to offer.
When we got back from our trip we spent the rest of the afternoon cleaning out my car, doing yard work and putting together our fall display. It was a lot of fun despite the hay in the back of my car that took an hour to clean up! Tanner enjoyed spending sometime outdoors as well and the twins that live next door watched us through the window as we worked on our display and it seems we are very entertaining to them. They love watching Tanner run around the yard like a wild man especially when he saw a rabbit in their bushes - he went crazy!
If you haven't been to a pumpkin patch yet this year, I highly recommend that you do so - it was an absolute blast!
